Proposed Action: Review item, accept public comment, approve request for deferral of sewer service fees for structure destroyed by fire.


F-2     Squaw Valley North Condominiums Water Line Replacement.

A.  Proposed Action: Review item, accept public comment and authorize execution of Water line Replacement and Dedication Agreement with the Squaw Valley North Condominium Owners' Association.


B.  Proposed Action: Review item, accept public comment and accept Irrevocable Offer of Dedication of water line and appurtenances by adoption of Resloution 2018-16.


F-3     Squaw Valley Institute - Commercial Lease - 1810 Squaw Valley Road.

Proposed Action: Review item, accept public comment and consider tenant's request to change use of space and amend applicable terms of the lease.

The Squaw Valley Public Service District's purpose is to assume leadership in providing high‐quality public services needed by the community.


M I S S I O N   S T A T E M E N T

Squaw Valley Public Service District serves full‐time and part‐time residents, businesses, employees and visitors in Squaw Valley. The mission is to provide leadership in maintaining and advocating for needed, high‐quality and financially sound community services for the Valley. These include, but are not limited to water, emergency services, and sewer and garbage collection.  The District will conduct its operations in a cost effective, conservation-minded and professional manner, consistent with the desires of the community while protecting natural resources and the environment.
