F-1    PUBLIC HEARING: Ordinance 2019-02 “Amending and Adopting 2019 California Fire Code”

Proposed Action:  Review item, accept public comment and adopt Ordinance 2019-02 revising District Fire Code.

 

F-2    Audit Report for Fiscal Year 2018-2019.

Information Only: Receive report from McClintock Accountancy Corporation and accept public comment.

 

F-3    Bike Trail Financial Reserves Policy.

Proposed Action: Review item, accept public comment, provide direction to staff as needed and approve the District’s Bike Trail Financial Reserves Policy.

 

F-4    Springbrook Accounting Software - Upgrade Agreement.

Proposed Action: Review item, accept public comment, approve agreement

with Springbrook and authorize the General Manager to execute the agreement.

 

F-5    Fire Department Pay Scale Revision.

Proposed Action: Review item, accept public comment and approve revised Fire Department pay scale by adoption of Resolution 2019-26.

 

F-6    Truckee River Siphon Project – SCADA Integration Services – Sierra Controls.

Proposed Action: Review item, accept public comment, approve agreement and authorize the General Manager to execute the agreement.

 

F-7    Olympic Meadow Property – Project Update.

Information Only: Receive update and accept public comment.
