C. Public Comment / Presentation. D. Financial Consent Agenda. All items listed under this agenda item will be approved by one motion. These items are routine, non-controversial, and the finance-related items have been reviewed by the Finance Committee. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a member of the audience, board or staff requests removal of an item for separate consideration. F-1 Commercial Lease – 1810 Squaw Valley Road – Inn Shop of Squaw Valley.
Proposed Action: Review item, accept public comment, approve the proposed lease of 1810 Squaw Valley Road (garage bay) and authorize the General Manager to execute the lease with the Inn Shop of Squaw Valley.

H. Closed Session. At any time during the regular session, the legislative body may adjourn to closed session to consider real property negotiations; existing litigation; anticipated litigation; liability claims; threat to public services or facilities; public employee appointment, employment, performance evaluation, or discipline/dismissal/release; or labor negotiation.

The Board of Directors will meet in Closed Session pursuant to Government Code 54957 et al regarding the performance evaluation of the General Manager.

The Squaw Valley Public Service District's purpose is to assume leadership in providing high‐quality public services needed by the community.
M I S S I O N S T A T E M E N T
Squaw Valley Public Service District serves full‐time and part‐time residents, businesses, employees and visitors in Squaw Valley. The mission is to provide leadership in maintaining and advocating for needed, high‐quality and financially sound community services for the Valley. These include, but are not limited to water, emergency services, and sewer and garbage collection. The District will conduct its operations in a cost effective, conservation-minded and professional manner, consistent with the desires of the community while protecting natural resources and the environment.
